TransferNow Premium is the ideal solution for private individuals or independent professionals who want to benefit from higher transfer limits (250 GB, 50 recipients per transfer) and additional functionalities (transfer management interface, address book, contact list, personalization of the sender and recipient interface, file reception, password protection, zero advertising and much more).
250 GB per transfer, 500 GB of storage
Share your files and documents via email or link with friends, co-workers or family up to 50 recipients and up to 250 GB per transfer. Files remain available for 21 days by default before permanently expiring unless you choose to extend the availability of your files as needed (up to 365 days).
Transfer manager for full monitoring
Manage your files with a full dashboard. Access all your sent or received active file transfers and reuse them as a template for a new transfer.
It is also possible to add/edit/remove a password to protect access to your documents, temporarily enable/disable file transfer, extend the availability of a transfer or permanently delete a transfer according to your needs.
Follow-up and tracking of downloads
Be notified when a download has been detected for one of your transfers including technical information such as the download's country of origin and the IP address used.
Address book and contact lists
In order to facilitate recurring file transfers to the same contacts, an address book is available. If you have saved the contacts beforehand, you can simply select your personal or professional contacts to transfer files quickly.
You can also create contact lists and name them so you can send files directly to a group of contacts.

Your personal data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocol (https) and at rest using AES 256-bit encryption, and each encryption key is itself encrypted with a set of master keys that are regularly rotated.
Your files are stored encrypted on disk (AES-XTS 256-bit) and you can choose the storage region for your documents. Add a password to lock access to the download page of a transfer and make your password the encryption key to make your files stored at rest unreadable (even for us).

By using our service to send or receive your files you have a dedicated and secure global cloud infrastructure where files are stored and encrypted on disk (AES-XTS 256 bits) in datacenters (AICPA SOC 2 Type II) on the European, American and Asian continents.
We neither sell nor share email addresses or personal data of our users with third parties. With due regard for the proper functioning of our service, we send an email to users that have made a recent or repeated transfer in the two following cases: unavailability of service or major changes in service (important updates, changes in terms of use, limits, etc.).

No, we do not consult the files that transit through our solution, unless abuse is reported - on a download link for example - and the said files are in contradiction with our terms of use.

In addition to end-to-end encryption, files stored in our cloud are encrypted on disk (AES-XTS 256 bits).
If you choose to add a password to lock access to your transfer download, the password will encrypt the file(s) in your transfer and only it can decrypt the stored data.
If you lose the password associated with a transfer, it will be technically impossible to recover the stored file(s).
