Which features are available for free?
The free plan lets you send up to 5 GB per transfer, by email or link, with no sign-up: password protection, file preview, encryption, antivirus scanning, and desktop apps are all included.
What is the difference between Premium and Team?
Premium is designed for one user (up to 250 GB per transfer, white label, download tracking). Team adds multi-user management (10 accounts), permissions, and shared storage, up to 500 GB per transfer. See the comparison.
Can I brand my transfers?
Yes: starting with the Premium plan, customize your logo, wallpaper, colors, and download page, with a subdomain in your name. The Enterprise plan adds a custom domain via CNAME.
Does TransferNow offer an API?
Yes: TransferNow offers a dedicated API/SDK to automate large file uploads and integrate them into your tools — a standalone service, separate from the transfer plans.
