- The “HD” option: reduced compression, but compression all the same — and still not the original file.
- Sending “as a document”: the file arrives untouched, but the limit is 2 GB per file, you have to send items one by one, and videos don’t show up in the recipient’s gallery.
For three photos to archive, document mode works just fine. For a 200-photo album or the full video of the event, it becomes impractical.
