The problem
Why are PSDs impossible to send by email?
A PSD’s weight explodes as the work progresses: 16-bit retouching layers, smart objects, masks… A campaign file routinely reaches 1 to 2 GB — Adobe’s limit for the PSD format — and switches to PSB beyond that. The 25 MB attachment was never in the race.
